Guidance with dignity

You deserve support finding your next step.

Knowing where to turn can be overwhelming. Pivot Point Navigation & Coordination Services helps adults explore resources, organize next steps, and connect with services that fit their goals.

Our specialty is supporting adults returning to the community after incarceration. We also welcome seniors, veterans, domestic violence survivors, and other adults who need help navigating available support.

Our approach

Personal guidance.
Practical next steps.

You bring your experiences and goals. We help organize the resource search and the steps that follow, with respect for your choices.

What this can look like

Someone returning home may need identification, a healthcare appointment, transportation, and housing options at the same time. We help sort those priorities, identify relevant contacts, and keep track of what comes next.

Illustrative example. Each person’s plan depends on their needs, available resources, and agreed services.

A plan based on your priorities

Start with what matters most to you and break it into steps you can understand.

Connections with purpose

Explore resources related to your situation and prepare for conversations with those organizations.

Support for independence

Build confidence in asking questions, organizing information, and following through on next steps.

Respectful communication

Your permission and preferences guide coordination with others.
